Nathan Strudwick

Having grown-up in Logan and graduating as school captain of John Paul College, Nathan has a real passion for the local area. Real-estate is in Nathan’s blood. He bought his first investment property at the age of 18 and has since grown a portfolio focusing on residential investments in Logan.

His family founded the successful chain of sports retail stores ‘Struddys Sports’ on the south-side over 35 years ago. This sporting background led him to pursue a career in rugby league and he was a member of the Brisbane Broncos NRL squad. While playing rugby league, Nathan completed a double degree in Laws and Commerce majoring in Finance. Nathan specialised in negotiation in his later years of study and offers that wealth of knowledge to his clients.

After finishing university, Nathan worked for Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world. In his role, Nathan gained excellent corporate exposure dealing with major banks working predominantly on the sale of properties for receivers and managers throughout the state. This experience has given Nathan the ability to perform under pressure on a variety of assets.

Nathan is committed to providing outstanding client service through his excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, strong organisational skills and hardworking attitude.

His professional and personal property experiences are the building blocks to a successful property transaction. For the right advice – call Nathan Strudwick.

Donna Lacaze

Donna LaCaze has a passion for the local area as Loganlea was her parents’ home for 30 years. Houses became another passion after Donna graduated from The University of Queensland in 1984 with a Bachelor in Design Studies and a Bachelor of Architecture. The LaCaze family purchased the home of iconic motor sport identity, Dick Johnson, and moved to Daisy Hill in 1999.

Donna’s four children attended John Paul College where she became heavily involved in the school community and met Nathan Strudwick and his family. While her children were at JPC Donna taught part time at the Schools of Architecture at the University of Queensland and the Queensland University of Technology. Donna was also employed by Tocchini Architecture, a practice specialising in housing projects with a strong landscape bias and a reputation for sustainable design.

Since 2008 Donna has been involved in design and the project management of residential developments in Fairfield, Daisy Hill, Kenmore Hills and a multi residential development on North Stradbroke Island. This work demands the ability to be highly organised, negotiate with stakeholders and perform under pressure. She has also considerable experience in building renovations, commercial fit out of pharmacies and medical centres and a real flair for interior design.

In 2013 Nathan Strudwick sold Donnas parents’ home in Loganlea for a record price in the area. Not long after she gained her Real Estate license and joined Team Strudwick at Elders Shailer Park. She sold her first property in Loganholme a week after her license was granted, evidence of her strong communication skills and love of houses.
